Terms of Use

By downloading or using Timezones: World Clock, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms take effect on July 3, 2026 and cover only the Timezones: World Clock mobile app.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control. The app is for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

The unlock is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, there is no subscription, and there is no trial. Your purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account and can be restored on any device signed into the same store account. Billing is handled by your Apple or Google account.

Without a subscription, the app includes:

• 2 clocks
• Full globe, live weather, and city detail experience
• Widgets, Siri, Spotlight, and DST alerts included

You own the content you create in the app. You are responsible for your own backups; because there is no cloud copy, we cannot recover data you lose or delete.

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the app in ways that harm the app, other users, or third parties.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
