Acceptance
By downloading or using Hydra: Water Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms take effect on July 14, 2026 and cover only the Hydra: Water Tracker mobile app.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control. The app is for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed through your Apple or Google account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. The auto-renew disclosure is shown next to the purchase call to action.

A paid subscription unlocks Hydra: Water Tracker Pro. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. New or first-time subscribers are eligible for the trial as described on the paywall.
Payments and refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their terms. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
Free Tier Limits
Without a subscription, the app includes:
- Log drinks from the built-in beverage database
- Personalized daily goal and the full smart reminder engine
- Streaks, levels, achievements, and celebrations
- 7-day history and the default Aqua theme
- JSON backup, CSV export, and restore
User Content & Ownership
You own the content you create in the app. You are responsible for your own backups; because there is no cloud copy, we cannot recover data you lose or delete.
Acceptable Use
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the app in ways that harm the app, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
